I've checked through the forum after struggling for a few hours, but nothing seems like my problem. I'm not sure what I'm doing incorrectly, but I've tried setting up both a public and private chat room. It uploads without a problem. However, when I click the livechat button (joshredford.com), it just goes to joshredford.com/chat.html which is a blank page. I've tried put the public_html think in the blank field, but that didn't do anything. The only think I can think of is that home/cricho and then moving the files to public_html, but I couldn't figure out how upload any other way. I probably need a few tips before this works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

looks like your missing a file.
swfobject.js I can't hear what I'm looking at when it's so easy to overlook something I'm not looking for.

Nice! That brought me a step closer. Now it shows the login information for a split second then quickly goes to a "chat unavailable" message. I think it's because I can't log into my livechat software. When I try, it says "Error during login: accessdenied" I remember seeing this problem around so, please reply when you have a chance, but I'll also seek the answer out and update if discovered. I'd have never figured out the missing file by myself. Hugely appreciated.

Okay, redoing everything one last time got it working. Thanks! I can already tell the software will be worth it.
