Hi there, I just wondered as my website has a team of admin volunteers.
Would any of them be able to have an account so they login and live support is available from anybody on my team?
My hosting company has something similar where a list of people become available and not available for live support.
It would be great if my time of about 5 admin could all use it to offer support for my forum members.
