1. I have a problem with Live Chat. The "chat" botton appears on the site black or with funny signals... What can it be??
2. How can I create a specific page for chat with the dimensions I want as pop up (I use webengine/ Sitespinner).

In the designer you can alter the dimension of the panels to suit your needs then a little trial and error with popup testing and i'm sure you can find the perfect size I use 330, 430 which contains a chat box 300 x 362 and this displays perfectly (see attached image)
as for the first question I'm unsure what you mean maybe providing a screen capture might assist people in helping you, still sounds like a page encoding problem might just be the lang or format of the page but a easy way you could fix it is by replacing the basic button with a graphic one that way it cant change as its a static image.

I use sitespinner too and as wondering if the coffee cup software works with sitespinner? Like the form builder....
