Live chat doesn't seem to notify you when someone needs you online.
Do I really need to leave the window open and visible the whole time?
If minimized nothing happens when someone wants to chat.

Hi Dave,
If you opened it correctly then when you minimize live chat there should be an icon by the clock in the lower right side. and with sound enabled there should be a bell sound when someone wants to chat. no icon?

I was having a dumb day.
Had my sound right down and was looking for a flashing icon or pop-up message.
Works perfectly......
