Are there plans to add video capabilities to the Live Chat program? With more and more users taking advantage of broadband Internet connections my clients would like to be able to connect with their customers via video for support calls and scheduling. Is this being considered by CC, if so I would prefer to wait for it but if not I need to look elsewhere.
