Please help - I have spent way too much time trying to get this to work

I have gone through this many times now. I create a new chat, give it the correct location where the files will be (in this case in the directory chat) and upload the files. When I go to the page it at first for a splint second has the two boxes for username and email address but then immediately changes to the "Chat Unavailable" message. When I try to login as admin from the program, it says "Error during login: undefined".

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Is your Godaddy account a Windows or Linux host?
For Live Chat to work.

That page is the auto-generated html page (chat3.html). It just has some Godaddy ads because it's a free hosting account.

You must have done something because I got the login screen for a min. I tried loging in and the server reset. I think it's Godaddy causing the problem with the script they put on your page.

I haven't touched it since I started this thread...? For me the login screen appears for a second or less. What browser are you using? I get the same thing with Chrome, IE, and Firefox. Why doesn't this work?

I'm using FX and have an add-on to edit the code to trouble shoot problems. Can you change the doc type properties for your page?
