I am trying the trial offer for a public chat box. The box is up on the page, but after logging in and it goes to the chat screen it automatically reloads back to the login screen. I've tried it on 3 browswers (IE9, FF and Chrome) and it does the same thing. Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you so very much, I appreciate you finding that tremendously. I went into the chat.xml and corrected each instance. However, I am still having the same problem. Using php - does that mean I must put it on linux based hosting, because I'm trying to use windows hosting right now.

Never mind, yes, it does require Linux hosting.
