Are these only on the Live Chat and not the Public Chat? My sites: www.cedarstreetchurch.org, www.lojope.com and www.dteu.info

I believe the Available/Not Available setup is geared towards a Customer Service type system where you'd want to show if someone is manning your live support or not. I don't think it pertains to anything Public from what I've seen so far. I'll fire it up this week and see what it looks like too. Jo Ann

The Live Chat shows rather or not chat is available.
The Public Chat does not show either message.

So if there is no list of who is in the room or no date or time stamp on a message how do you know if there is anyone around to chat with? This needs fixing I think. My sites: www.cedarstreetchurch.org, www.lojope.com and www.dteu.info

You can see who is available to chat if it is a Live Chat and you are the admin. If it's a public chat, you cannot see who is available unless they type something in the box.

Sorry. You can always post your suggestion and perhaps it can be changed in a future update.
