Audible Notice of Chat

I know that as the administrator, I receive an audible tone when someone wants to chat, and also each time they send a message. Does the "chatter" also receive an audible tone when I respond? If not, is that something that can be added?

Does Live Chat have the capability to signal the "chatter" or the "administrator" when the other party is typing a response? I have found that a useful indicator that you haven't been abandoned when using other chat windows. Or is this a possible future enhancement?

I have no idea, I think it's suppose to (if they have sound working on their comps) have a link we can test this for you....let's chat

Thanks Bruzer - we tried your link, and unfortunately, no sound on the chatter's end of the conversation. Perhaps an enhancement for a future release.
