So I have to buy another program, direct-ftp, in order to pick multiple files I want to upload?

Like I said, on the old computer I clicked on the applications icon, then Free Stand-Alone FTP Client, then picked my server and it brought up the files on 'my site'. The files on 'my computer' were on the left and the files on my site were on the right. I would just click a file on my computer and drag it to the my site. I could pick one file or several.

This was in version 2008 Build 242. I see the one that downloaded is 12.9 Build 714.

Is there any way of getting the old program on my new computer? Can I move the file for CoffeeHTME2010R from my old computer and run it to download that same program I used to use?

If I uninstall this new CoffeeCup program and the old one doesn't work can I re-download this program?

No. That's not what anyone said. What was said is that you 'could' use DirectFTP or FreeFTP from CoffeeCup. But there are other FTP programs too. Try Google.

You asked where you could find CoffeeCups DirectFTP so I posted that link.

Is there anyway I can download the old version of CoffeeCup that I have been using for the past few years?

I copied the download file from my old computer but it will not run the program, it says I am missing a file.

I haven't been able to upload a file with the freeFTP in the program.

Jaquelyn, are you wanting to upload from within the HTML Editor?
In the Editor, after you're done with your changes (save all), leave those pages/files open. Go to the side panel and Ctrl+Click the files you want to upload. For example, if I edited the index page – added a photo and changed the CSS, I would click on index.html, mysite.css, and my-img.png then go to My Websites > FTP Upload > Upload Selected Files.
No need to use another FTP program (unless you want to).

I am using Windows 8, just got it and have not learned how to get around in it yet, especially the directory. The program said it was loading it in C:/users/Jacquelyn/AppData/Roaming but I do not have a file 'AppData' . I found CoffeeCup in users/Jacquelyn/Documents/CoffeeCup and copied my working folder from my old computer under /HTML Editor/Projects.

When I work on a file I am working on it in My Computer tab on the left margin. Is this correct? I left the file open, ctrl+clicked the file in the list on the left but in My Websites>FTP Upload the upload selected files is not highlighted.

What am I doing wrong?

You may have to set your computer to 'show all files' since system files are very often hidden by default.

Where did you save this on the new computer?
Are you sure you got all of your site files when you moved them? Images, CSS, fonts, etc.? If you try the Editor FTP and choose to upload entire site it will let you know if there are files missing from your project.

I saved it in 'My Computer' tab >HTML Editor>Projects. I put the whole 'working' file there.

Please answer these questions.

Can I download an old version of CoffeeCup HTML editor. (Version 2008 Build 242)

When I first upload the CoffeeCup program, do I need to create a new website project from under 'My Websites' tab on the menu bar?

When I work on my files, do I work on them from the "My Website" or "My Computer" tab on the left?

When I want to up-load a file, do I upload it from 'My Computer' or My Website' tab?

There is an icon on the tool bar that says 'upload'. Clicking on it brings up a menu that includes FTP Account > WCGS (which is my server info) > a folder that says (root). If I click on that it said something about loading but didn't complete. It just flashed on then off.

I would REALLY like to go back to the old version of CoffeeCup
