Table base Responsive Email News Letter

I made table base Responsive website for Email News Letter purpose with inline styling, it works on all browser except IE

And I checked with yahoo mail , Gmail and Hotmail did not work any advice please .

Oh boy, it seems HTML table designer it's creating invalid code.

I will try to recreate this again with my other HTML editor , see what happens

The border-color property is actually quite legit:

The table designer in the CC HTML Editor seems to be consistent with HTML 4.01, which is probably the appropriate doctype to specify.
It will include presentation-related code in the HTML markup, which will be frowned upon in HTML5. There may also be some validation errors under doctype XHTML.
You would need to take a close look at each validation error to determine how "real" it is...
