Project Files and Server Definitions...

The strangest thing happened. I opened HTML Editor to work on a site that I was working on a few days ago. I went to
My Websites -> All Website Projects

The All Website Projects menu has one project that I haven't worked on in awhile and another line that has no words and when clicked says that it is empty and "would you like to locate this project?".

I know this is not the Shopping Cart Creator Pro forum, but it is missing info too. I opened a cart today and all the server definitions are gone. The drop-down list of servers is empty. I'm having to re-enter the login information for all my carts for various clients.

Has anyone else experienced this?
Does anyone know what the cause may be?
Is there a fix to get the server list and/or the project definitions back or do I have to manually set them up again?

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

There's a shared setting file that can get corrupt. I would open a support topic and report your issue.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Sounds like you have some registry issues going on there. For the Editor I would suggest you just re-create your project files over again. They should then appear.

As to the other issue, It sounds like the SCC database has gotten corrupted. What you will need to do is delete the internal database so that you can start fresh again. This should fix you up. Here is where you can locate the database:

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings[username]\Application Data\SharedSettings.ccs
Windows 8/7 & Vista: C:\Users[username]AppData\Roaming\SharedSettings.ccs

Just delete that file and restart SCC and add the profiles back again.
