Problems with FTP

I have a few problems with the "Upload Selected Files with FTP" option (F4). It used to work fine (on an earlier version of 12.x) but these problems have existed since the latest version of 12.x and continued into 15.x. Here are the issues:

1. You can only upload 1 file at a time. If I try to do multiple files, I get the error "Unable to create remote path". I get this even if the files are in the same directory. Uploading 1 file at a time is not a problem.
2. You can't upload picture files. If I try to upload any JPG or PNG files, the files appear to upload but are messed up when viewing them on a browser. This occurs even if I do 1 file at a time (see item #1).
3. I can only FTP 8-10 times before the application crashes. It gets to a point where I get "An access violation has occurred...(Coffee.exe)" and the application crashes. It is quite obnoxious because you have to kill the app via task manager because if you click okay, another access violation occurs and you can't close the app any other way except via task manager.

Could you please advise if there is a fix or solution for any of these three issues? I am running Windows 10 but the problems were also there was I was running Windows 7. I have also reinstalled the application and still have the issue.

I have tried numerous times to replicate any of these issues, but I am unable to on Windows 7/8 and 10.

1. Are these files in different folders locally?
2. File types are not even looked at for uploading. The Editor treats a JPG file in the same way it does for HTML/CSS.
3. Have you tried running the program as Admin? Have you checked your DEP/UAC settings? What about any anti-virus programs? Are they configured to allow the Editor to work? There could be a whole slew of things that could cause the crash so having more detailed information is needed.

Perhaps it is a setting on my server. I am actually using SFTP via SSH as I only have SSH enabled/configured on my server. Are there any limitations or special settings for using SFTP via SSH? I can use WinSCP without issue to transfer JPGs or multiple files at a time.

When I use the built-in FTP in the editor (version 15) to upload a file, only the first 32K of the file gets to the server. It does not matter what sort of file it is. I have been using the CoffeeCup editor for years and have not had this problem before. I am using if from my office, also without problems. The difficulty comes when I use it from home:

Windows 10, Accessing our university server through
Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 4.0.00051
Screen shots of my setup are attached.

When I use a free-standing ftp program (SSH Secure Shell V 3.2.9) the files transfer correctly, so I can work around the problem, but it is a hassle.

I tried reinstalling the editor, but that did not correct the problem. The network techs at my university tell me that this sort of problem has not been reported by anyone else. Both the Cisco VPN and my windows 10 computer are new and the Cisco VPN does not work on my old Vista machine (which was running theCoffeeCup editor ftp through a Juniper Pulse VPN with no problems at all).

I am using the settings recommended by my network.

Have you tried using FTP instead of SFTP to see if there is any difference?

I tried switching to standard FTP. That resulted in the connection being refused. That was no surprise since we were told some time ago that the university server requires SFTP.

I do not see error messages when the file truncation occurs. Is there a way that I can access the ftp log?

To clarify my earlier response, when I switch to standard ftp I actually get a timeout, followed by a message indicating that I should check my ftp settings. A link to the ftp log appears at the bottom of the server pane in that case.

When I use SFTP and a file truncation occurs, I get no error message and do not see a link to the ftp log.
