I totally agree.

I have been using the editor for some time now to produce web pages for a friend of mine.
I found it was easier to amend existing code than to recreate it in RSD.
Another reason, for me, was using it as a 'learning' tool; when I first started using RSD I wasn't comfortable with not knowing how html and css interacted to produce the output to screen (OK, that is the main reason for 'code free' web design I am sure), but I wanted to know more.
Well, to that end the HTML Editor has been invaluable to me.
Now when using RSD, RFF, and BB, I can understand what is happening under the hood so to speak and makes things so much more enjoyable.

I also use it to create custom css files, edit js functions, etc, etc.

Great product that should be in every CC user's toolbag.

Never to full. Waiting on the next website tool.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I used it for years when I was on Windows. I'm mostly on OSX now, but if I'm working in Windows I use HTML Editor. I'd love a Mac version.
ASK ME ANYTHING
I provide personalized help for Coffeecup Users including personal or group training for Site Designer, Web Form Builder and more via Zoom.
Email me at support@uscni.org or call 865-687-7698.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Well IMHO Coffee Cup's HTML EDITOR is really the dog's gonads. The library modules and snippets really make building a site with a common look and feel very easy let alone when you decide to make a menu change or a change to a footer which appears on 38 pages.

I am sure that there is a lot more in there for me to find but for 29$ it is worth every cent.
