So I have now gotten to where I have exported my RLM to Editor and have figured out that I have to add pictures.
I have some PNG pictures that when I insert them they have some information like size that goes on the web page.
So is there a reason to use one over the other?
I have the full CC software package, so would I be better off using the image software?
Most of my pictures have been edited with Fireworks 8 so I could export from there if needed.
Thanks
Rick

Hey Rick,

Why are you not adding the export path to the images within RLM?

Simply double click the images and add the path to the image and they will show up automatically once you export your project and add the images to the img folder.

Well Adam, must of missed that part during my lurking and stalking. :D
I saw that but hadn't quite figured it out and have just now figured out that I had to change all those SVG s.
So one more notch in the old belt.
I just got to where I could change some stuff and update the CSS.
Baby steps.....I'm use to WYSIWYG

So if I inserted, can I, should I go back and add export path?

Baby steps are good. :)

Yes, when you add the export path to your images, you will need to reexport your project.

The export path is the path that you have the images residing on your server. if you use relative paths that will help so you don't get them mixed up with local paths.

Your website locally should mimic the same structure as your server structure so that when you insert a path into RLM for your images, they will retain the correct location when uploaded. Hope that helps and if not you'll have to give a little more information on what you're talking about :)

Export path will depend on where you want to keep your images. I keep mine outside the actual RLM myprojectname_exported folder while testing so I use ../images/mycoolimage.jpg for the path.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
