Using IE9, Win-7 and HTML Editor 12.5. In the past when I selected "Programs, HTML editing" I could use CoffeeCop; however, it does not show up in the selection window now. Is this an IE9 problem or did you change something that would prevent this operation?
Hiya Jeffrey,
You should be able to find the HTML Editor listed in the Programs menu by locating the CoffeeCup Software menu on the list. The HTML Editor should be in that list as it is in mine. Let us know if that is not the case. Jo Ann

It lists it in "programs" and also was on "page" too, but not any more. I think Microsoft did something to it on the last update because my IE9 is not exactly working like usual. Will investigate.

Hmm good luck on it and let us know what you find out in case others have an issue with the new windows updates. I don't use IE at all other than for testing so can't help much there, but I'm sure others will want to know what's going on too.

Could it be because the HTML Editor is being installed to the Roaming folder instead of Program Files?

Well, after re-installing CoffeeCup to the 32-bit place it still listed in "page" MS word as the HTML editor. I really don't feel like pursuing it further because it will just give me a head ache trying to solve their dumb problems. I can just open Booknotes and edit it as will anyway; no problem -- they can fool some of us some of the time, but not always!

Hiya Jeffrey,
Have you opened a Support Ticket on this to see what the issue is? I'm sure the CC team could help you get this resolved quite quickly. Sounds like something they should help with though. Jo Ann

Not to be shamed into admitting it, but what is a "Support Ticket "? While it may sound logical, it ain't.
