HTML Editor Themes with submenu -...

Hi All - I have a website where I used the Starbit theme. All was good until I determined that I need to create some additional pages. To access these pages I want to use a dropdowm submenu under the "Services" main nav. Thoughts on how I would go about adding these submenu items to the existing nav menu? I've looked at some HTML and CSS code for adding sub menus but the structure used is different than used in the Starbit theme.

I am open to using a different CC theme (I purchased the entire 54 theme pack) if there is already a theme that supports submenus.

Any thoughts or directions would be greatly appreciated.

The html editor has a css menu maker built in. It's not super fancy but it works. :)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Or why not use the new CC Menu Builder and just replace the one that is there? :)

That's what I am ending up doing. Because the theme uses images I had wanted to keep things the same but playing around withe the CC Menu Builder I think I will come up with something that looks similar but will have the submenu capabilities.

Thanks!

Well I am disappointed with the Menu Builder :( I was expecting a CSS menu but the code being exported out of the Menu Builder includes Javascript. Not what I was looking for. Wanted a clean CSS menu without javascript.

Back to the drawing board - bummer!

You need those scripts if you want to make the menu responsive.

There's nothing wrong with using js for making different functional items on your websites. Why would you think that's a problem? Most of the CSS menu creators us js to make some of the items function correctly, and as Scott has already mentioned, it's what is needed to make them responsive. :)
