Paste code In split screen mode and screen freezes.....every time.

Hi,
Works fine using the code window only. Press F12 to bring up the WYSIWYG split and for some reason if I try to paste a code snippet the screen locks up.
I have to shut program down via control-alt-delete, then open HTML editor again.
Unfortunately all work is lost. The work around is to work on the code, then check page (F12), then close
page (F12) and carry on working on the code.
I wonder if this is the way it was designed?

Hiya Baz,
What type of code are you trying to put in? (which SirAGE asked). There are some issues with the editor at this time that involve some specific types of code and they are aware of it. Right now I would basically do as you are suggesting to do (no it shouldn't work that way, but it's a bug they are working with already to fix or have fixed for an update) and just make your changes, save your page and then check it. I'm sure it will be fixed in an update though so no worries, just a little annoying right now is all. Jo Ann

Ouch, I would highly suggest until the new version is released, that you save... often... other than that the only thing I can think of is that it's the script itself doing it and that also will most likely be fixed with the new version. Not much else I can tell you to try other than do what you suggested. Good luck with it and hopefully the new version will be coming very soon, it's getting there for sure!
