You can't without it being invalid.

Take the Bullet list out of the H2 and all will be well. :P

I wanted it in there, because I wanted it to show up, if possible, as part of SEO, like if the engine reads anything from the page and mentions it, I wanted it to have the importance of an H2 header.

Then remove it from the UL list and just have it as regular text inside the H2. :P

You could even give it a :before and provide a bullet image and it would look the same.

For SEO, maybe you could give your list items more importance... use <em> or <strong> for instance?
Definitely get the list out of the <h2> ;)

:before ? Not familiar with that.

Yes, I'd have to make some graphic bullets, which I thought was tacky.

Does <em> or <strong> give things SEO importance? The same as them being inside the <h2>?

Got the ul out of there & replaced it with a little bullet. Validates now. :)
