We just released an upgrade of CoffeeCup HTML Editor 14.1.
New Features:
Renamed Schema Tab to Structured Data
--- It is called after 14.1 installed Semantic Data and not Structured Data

Added support for Twitter Cards to Structured Data Tab
Added support for Open Graph to Structured Data Tab
--- In menu also called Semantic; where are twitter cards and open graphs support?

Quick Start Dialog now includes Schema Data.
--- Why is this called Schema when it was renamed to Semantic in tab and menu?

Thank you.

They are located under the Semantic Data Tab. Use the drop down list at the top under Kind to select them.

The Semantic Data Tab contains more then just Schema. It encompasses 3 different formats (Schema, Open Graph and Twitter).

On the Quick Start Dialog we added support for just Schema. Adding Open Graph and Twitter here would make it overly complex as you could have dozens of possibilities but with Schema there is just one itemtype for the body.

I think you are looking at outdated information Frank. The tab is called Semantic Data.
