Is there step by step instruction for GIF Animator? The instructions that came with it are unclear. First I loaded 3 jpeg banner images. The first thing I noticed was the images were washed out (colors were really bad) (ok, just read were you have to use GIF format or suffer color problems.) Next when I tried to save as a swf file I got a “division by o” error. I managed to create a gif image on my harddrive and when I clicked on it the ads appeared in my browser rotating but had no embedded links. There appears to be no instructions on how to actually save the file to your computer then upload to your website. And no real instructions for embedding clickable links into the emages.
Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problems with the trial version I am evaluating. After some trial and error, I did get my 480x360 JPG's to come out very nice in an animated GIF.
Look under Tools (I think) and play with the configurations. I would give you my settings but they are at home.

I just tried GIF animator and it is horrible.
I am using 2 high quality photographs only and the GIF looks like an Xray.
What is wrong?
