What I'm ending up with using the Gif Animator can be seen here:

The primary issue is how the colors aren't being interpreted correctly, resulting in a blotchy appearance and colors dancing around from frame to frame. I've tried several different palette settings for the import and nothing seems to get it how I want it.
Another problem lies in how the code for the Flash version is generated. In this snippet:
<!-- Created with CoffeeCup GIF Animator http://www.coffeecup.com -->

It's setting loop=false in the EMBED code, so on the web page it stops after one iteration (even though in preview mode it loops properly). In the version I uploaded I manually changed the value to "true" so it will loop properly.
Has anyone had good success with using this program who can offer what settings worked out for them? I'd be interested in using it, especially since my current program can't export Flash, but with the colors behaving like that I won't be able to.
Many thanks!
ETA: I forgot to mention that the Flash animation inserts a flicker of a white frame, too, and the animation runs noticably slower even though the frame time value is the same as in the .gif version.
