I can't use the GIF Animator Wizard... I only get part of the screen and I cannot resize it. Help!

Try changing your DPI resolution to 96DPI instead of large fonts, and it should display correctly.

Thank you... but where do I set this DPI resolution?
To set your display settings in Windows, go to your control panel, and open your display settings. Locate teh display tab and click on that. Now click on advanced and you should see a new window open with a box that displays your dpi settings.
