Another poster describes what is happening to me to a tee so I have copied it here;
I have reduced the images to a reasonable size, converted them to GIF version 89 non interlaced and reduced their color for my best results with Optimized Palette, Error Diffusion and Reduced Color Bleed.
I tried ALL various options and the above rendered the best images to USE with Gif Animator.
When loaded into Gif Animator, the preview looks pretty good, actually REALLY good and then, sometimes even before saving the animation - the image is corrupted and appears to go to 16 color.
Has this been resolved or can you advise on how to maintain the picture quality in the gif format ?
Many thanks if you can help
Peter.

I am having the same issue. Can anyone answer this question?
Did anyone ever address this?
Very sad that a few months have gone by with no answer.
Don't get me wrong, I love CoffeeCup and everyone here
, but when threads sit for months and are unanswered by management it concerns me.

Well. Does CoffeeCup care anymore?
This was a "duplicate" thread, and more than likely was resolved (or is being worked on)... CC is very responsive to the issues brought to light.
PS... Try getting to talk to a programmer at MicroSoft (or anyother publishing co) like CC Customers get to do

Not an excuse to ignore posted concerns Phil. Not one bit
Don't get me wrong. If you read over 90% of my posts, they are thanking CC and praising them as they are cool programs with cool developers. But sometimes, now it is only sometimes, they do not address things in these forums and the members become upset.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
