i use gif animator! but the quality looks evry bad! How may I solve this problem?

You should not use the .gif animator to create banner ads. Coffee Cup has plenty of software that can help you create effective banners, such as flash fire starter. The quality you are seeing is typical .gif output. With the colors you are trying to output you should be using .jpg or .png outputs.
