7.6 cannot save

I have just installed 7.6 of GIF Animator. I followed the prompts to create an animated gif. However if I try to Preview, or Save As, I get a message "Not enough Storage". If I try to Save as Macromedia Flash I get a Divide By Zero.

So far I am not impressed. I have an inferiority complex - but it is not a very good one.

Perhaps if you submit an official support ticket, the staff will be able to resolve this issue for you. CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

OK. They said uninstall, clean up the registry, re-install.

Did all that. Still got "Save" errors but it does do a "Save As Metroliner" that I can use. I have an inferiority complex - but it is not a very good one.

Have you updated your ticket to CC also on this Bass4? If not you should go do that so they can help you get it working the rest of the way too. What did you use for cleaning the registry also? Sometimes some programs don't clean up as well as others so that could still be the issue if it wasn't cleaned out well. Ccleaner is a pretty good one for that which you can get at http://www.piriform.com , but if that's what you used already then never mind that part lol. Do update your ticket with CC so they can help you get it working completely. Let us know again what the problem was for future users also and good luck :) Jo Ann

I have the same problem. Won't save in flash. Says can't divide by zero. Spent lots of time setting this up and the resulting GIFF image is all distorted. Frustrated after such a waste of time.

Always the same suggestions in the end Robb, you should put in a ticket to Support to get help with this since I have no idea if the last guy was helped or not since he didn't come back and let us know if it's working or not now. Good luck on it, I'm sure it's something that just needs to be setup correctly. Jo Ann
