re-order toolbar icons? v2 323 - Post...

On the 2.0 323 version how do you go about reordering the toolbar icons?

On the windows version I've tried: dragging them, and dragging them with different modifier keys, or tried right-click dragging them as well. Can't seem to figure this one out. :)
