Hi Inger, wie geht es Dir?

I already have the info of the support, what the updates cost and have me also brought them. But it was nowhere clear that the updates are there and what they will cost me. I have noticed it by chance. In 'your purchases' new versions are not displayed, which is clear. There was also no email as info, which in my opinion would be the best and easiest way.
I am pleased when the team at Coffeecup wants to improve the communication of the updates.

Just a thought Uwe are you registered for CC newsletter,, I have no problems getting e-mails about UPGRADES (not updates)

Also My version of RFF when I open it will show a message that says a newer version of RFF is available to download , maybe that has something to do with why they seem to have stopped everyday communications about it

clearly I subscribed to the newsletter. I have not received any emails (or maybe the whole spam in my inbox may be overlooked?).
The update check in the programs I know, so I was attentive to my 'problem'.

I got the same message, but the link took me to 'my purchases'. And there weren't updates for me. So I went to the support room and Suzanne gave me two links with FF and BB in the cart.

I had these Update-Buttons later in my purchases. Seems that coffecup installed a new function in the my purchases section. This would be great, because we can order directly our updates from there. And we're always up to date about new releases.

In case you had not noticed there is a new update to the software to 453. It should be available for download under your purchases. :)

My problem is somewhat different. When I go to upgrade from my download page, I am charged $99, discounted $80, for the $19 total. So far, so good. When I try to add RBB, I get the same screen, same $99, same discount, for the $19 total... but RFF is gone.

I live overseas. I have to pay a fee to use my card. Is there no way to add both upgrades to the cart for one purchase at $38, and therefore only one card fee? I'm trying to buy something here... regardless of whether it's an update, upgrade, or Upgrayedd (hat tip to Idiocracy).

I never got the email, either.
