Hello!
Is it possible to jump or link to a specific CC Flash Blog entry and display it? If not, would that be a possible future addition to the program? Could be very handy....
Thanks!

Hey Jeff, since no one has chimed in yet, I'll give my uneducated guess. The way I see it, the .swf file refers to the .xml file for file paths and settings, and the .xml tells the .swf where the .txt file is, which holds the actual blogs. Going through such a process, I can't imagine being able to have the .swf file pull the blog of choice and select it first. I don't know how that could added as a feature, but if I did, I'd be making my own flash software. So, I'll leave that answer to the real gurus.

Thanks,
I also sent that question to support. Apparently it cannot be done in the current version of the program, but support did say they would mention it to development as a possible feature for the future.
I think it would be quite a handy feature if it could be added. And since the calendar kinda does this already..you pick the date, and that blog entry gets loaded, there just needs to be a way to pass the date from an external source. But I am like you, if I knew how to do all that stuff, I wouldn't need software to do it for me ....
Thanks for replying though....

Hey, I didn't think about the calendar jumping ahead. Maybe it could be a possibility w/ some work.

I see this is an old thread but just having starting playing with flash blogger the ability to be able to link to a specific entry is probably a make or break for my decision to purchase. I often link blog articles in social networks for my business so this is really a must have for me.
Too bad cause I really love this application.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
