Hey, I just know I'm gonna feel dumb here in a minute, but I cannot access the design options on the right of the screen, they are just outside of range no matter what I try. I can see just the beginnings of the option words, for example:
BLOG SE...
Width
Blog St...
Gradien...
It appears on my screen EXACTLY as it does in the youtube tutorial video, except she hits something and it expands out. Ive adjusted screen settings, maximized/minimized, and it stays on the right out of reach. Please help.
Also, I was merrily typing along and the screen finally stopped scrolling down, as if to say, I was out of room. I saw there are next and previous buttons so I assume you begin a page 2 or something like that. Please can anyone explain this process, carefully, I've just burned up 2 hours trying to find answers to these ridiculous problems.
Thank you greatly,
Dave
The reason you cannot see the entire interface may be that you are using Large Custom DPI settings. You will need to change this to Normal DPI for the program to work. Here's how:
For Windows XP
Go to your Desktop, right-click it, and select Properties. Next, click the Settings tab and press the Advanced button. You will now see a DPI setting. If it is set to Large/120 DPI, set it to Normal/96. If you'd like to see this process in action, check out this video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlhFUMcA … mp;index=0
For Windows Vista
Go to your Desktop, right-click it, and select Personalize. Select Adjust Font Size (DPI), located in the upper left-hand corner of the window. This will display the DPI setting. If it is set to Large/120 DPI, set it to Normal/96 DPI. If you'd like to see this process in action, check out this video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqKk-nsa … mp;index=1
For Windows 7
Go to your Desktop, right-click it, and select Personalize. Select Display, located in the lower left-hand corner of the window. Then select Set Custom Text Size (DPI). This displays the DPI setting. If it is set to Large/120 DPI (125%), set it to Normal/96 DPI (100%).
Additionally, some Windows 7 themes change the default fonts to a nonstandard one, causing the issue described here. Change your theme back to the standard Windows 7 theme and see if that helps.
Let us know if this solves the problem. If not, feel free to get back in touch!

Scott, thanks for the quick response. And changing those settings worked. I love when that happens. First problem solved, sweet!
Okay, 2 more key things I need help with. First is how to continue on with my blog past the length that the flash blogger field permits. Do I need to somehow create a Page 2 and use a next button (and if so, how?)
Also, and this is a biggie, I adjusted the size of the field that my blog should display by adding the code to my VSD main page and dragging the square out. I wanted the blog to take up the page, not appearing as some tiny little square that you have to scroll through. I also wanted it to be transparent. I assigned a white font as my page background is black. The blog continues to appear in black font and thus hidden in this setting, and when set to gradient or default really, it appears as the little boring square and not full page. I adjusted the blog width and height under the designer tab all the way up to 1000 x 1000 to no avail. It always shows up as the little default square.
My site has nothing on display but a header and some tabs currently so it will not help you much. But for fun, it is www.particlebored.com. I use Windows 7 64 bit. Any help is appreciated. Thank you again.
