With the latest upgrade of the Flash Player not allowing flash from firestarter to work I have a lot of angry clients and need to find a new flash builder. Has anyone found a half decent program that isnt going to "break the bank"?

Ron - Have you tried downloading the previous version (6.7 I think) that Scott made available to us? Some others here have had success with opening their projects in that version and re-saving and re-uploading. Until ADOBE decides that it's time to fix it (they've already identified the problem) this is probably the best option.
Be advised, CC Firestarter is NOT the ONLY program out there that was affected by this latest offering of Flash. SO, you might find other options available, but you might go through the whole process of downloading/installing the program, creating/uploading your project, only to find out that it's broke too... If the 6.7 version of Firestarter doesn't work for you Ron, I would suggest you find a replacement that isn't Flash at all.

I just downloaded the 6.7 and managed to resave one of my flash files that was a simple photo slide show for a main page and it now works fine online but I am having a problem with another one..... It involves some words that i have slide in to the screen. I even tried creating a new project in 6.7 but every time I put the graphic of the text in the program it appears as being on the left of the my flash Even when I move it to the right....

Here is an example of what I am talking about.... in this screen shot attached I imported 2 image files..... first of all they look very distorted in the work space for some reason

Just noticed the first image did not attach..... here it is of the workspace showing the proper alignment of the images but again they are faded but they appear fine in the preview with the exception of not being aligned how I want them.
