I was looking at purchasing a flash file online. 2 examples are:

http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-flash- … mation.php
If I did so would I be able to then change the text or edit it with Firestarter?

Firestarter creates flash files and will edit those files.
If you really want to edit any flash file, you need to get the expensive software to do that task. Bill R.
