Thanks, that rules out DPI settings.

This has to be a system issue. I just installed the program on a Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machine and both open and run perfectly without Admin settings.

When was the last time you reformatted your computer?

Umm, I don't think I've ever reformatted my computer nor do I know how to do that. All of my other programs seen to be working okay.

Looks okay to me. The thing I don't like about youtube is the advertising.

I would suggest downloading and trying out the free version first.
There is a 1 time fee for commercial use, but I use it all the time and it works great. Being HTML5 it will show on any device and best of all, no extra advertising!
