VSD won't upload some pages

Hi all, I've used VSD quite a lot over the years, just done a new site for a friend, and I can't get it to upload my amendments. I've checked my firewall, that seems fine, not sure what's going on. The site is www.clwydretrieverclub.co.uk and the page is membership (I've used web form builder to make the form). I have text above the form in VSD, but I can't get it to appear on the page. What am I doing wrong?

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

This will sound very dim, but how do I do that? It has a little shield on it at the moment.

Hi Eric, I think I've done it, I'll just publish again and see if it works.

Configure the shortcut to always run as administrator. Here's how:

1. Right-click the shortcut icon, and click Properties.
2. Click the Compatibility tab.
3. Here, put a check mark by Run This Program as an Administrator.
4. Next, put a check mark next to Run This Program in Compatibility Mode For: and ensure Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 is selected.
5. Click OK.

Hi Eric, I've followed the instructions above, restarted my PC, had a massive windows update that took ages, and just tried to re-publish, and it's still the same. I'm totally confused.

Have you cleared your browser cache? If I look at the markup, it shows this as the last publish date:
