I recently built a new PC and am migrating apps to it. I came here looking for the latest update to VSD - seems like I remember a page where all of our purchased software was listed with a link to download the latest version. Can't find that anymore.
I have been using VSD v7.0 Build 26. Is it the latest available?
Is the product still supported? Is there some kind of migration to another product?

VSD is discontinued and not longer supported. But if you bought it earlier, you should still be able to find it among your purchased applications (at least, it shows up among mine).

The reason why VSD has been discontinued is, that you can't make your pages responsive with it. Instead CC has produced programmes like Responsive Layout Maker (RLM) and Responsive Site Designer (RSD). You can't just migrate your VSD-made site to them, you need to start over again, but once you master the programme(s), it may be as easy as just copy and paste most of your contents. Also, if you contact CC support, they will help you if needed. The users here in the forum will also help.

My laptop crashed and I am trying to reinstall VSD. I cannot afford an upgrade right now and would like to just reinstall but I do not see where to do that. It downloaded but is only read me files and jpg etc.

It was discontinued and removed from service. CC is no longer supporting it as they have moved on to responsive apps.
It may still be listed in your download area.
