What's the last thing you did to the site before the problem?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

This is a site I built for use in my job.(HTML Editor)

This is my personal site used for testing and as an easy way to share photos.(RLM imported to RSD)

well, I believe that 'Gunsmoke' is correct! It's not CoffeeCup's problem! It's either my server, or my 1and1 host!

So, sorry if I was blaming CoffeeCup!!!

If/when I find the solution, I'll let every know!

Thanks for all the help

I have had that problem in VSD but not in a long time...usually it was a recent picture I added and removing it and "saving" then putting it back in and "saving" then uploading resolved the problem for me. But it could have been blind luck, too.

As for 1and1 I have found them to be very reliable. You can find "dirt" on any company out there. But as far as CC products and uploading, etc. I have had no problems and have multiple websites hosted with them.
I did have an issue just the other day not being able to log in to my own control panel...turns out that problem only existed for about 15 minutes (of course that's when I needed in...ha) but they credited me one month of hosting for the inconvenience...BTW...it was only the control panel that was not working...sites all loaded and were live as normal.

I hope you can find and resolve the issue.:)

Hi ya'll,
I just noticed this thread, as everyone is well aware  I had this problem for a long time and tried everything that the experts suggested. Finally after my 3rd tech person working on the problem we found I had conflicting anti-virus programs. I'm not sure how that happened but after all the AV programs were uninstalled and only one reinstalled I was CURED. (it felt so good :D)

maybe something like that will help you?

nadine:lol:

PS it was well established by Godaddy, my internet provider Cox etc. that my connection was timing out, finding out why was the hard part.

Well.... I'm back! I still have that Problem. So, I gave up using Visual Design, I'm using FileZilla's FTP.
I really do not understand why I can't use the 'Publish', But since I can just FTP the files I change, I'm Happy!

Thanks for all the help & Ideas!

I never use the FTP option of VSD. I always use another FTP software (whatever software) and delete every version of a website on my server before I upload a new version. Doing it this way avoids a lot of trouble.
