Ahhh - cheers! Took forever to stitch the picture together to make the image at the top of each page.

You should get a favicon, Nat. :)

What a great idea! I had not even thought about it. Cheers Zac - I will have a look into that!

Ask yourself one question. If I were a site visitor, would I know what that favicon is? Sometime, no favicon is better than a favicon. :)

As a firefox user, I'm often annoyed by sites without favicons...

What does being a FireFox user have to do with favicons, especially favicons that you can't identify what they are?

dunno bout you Tom, but for me on FF I use the Bookmarks toolbar incessantly. Because of this I use an Addon that allows me to show just the favicons (if they have one) so I can identify what site they belong to. If there isn't one then it ends up being a blank page of paper and that's totally unidentifiable making me have to mouse over the icon to see what site that link belongs to etc. So I'm with Zac on the FF thing and the favicon being a nice and easy way to identify what a link belongs to, regardless of if the icon is recognizable as to what it is, as long as i can get an idea I will most likely remember by seeing the icon which site it belongs to. :)

This has opened a good discussion and I have now learnt lots of stuff! All good!

So you want to view only favicons without the site name beside it? That is an interesting plugin since I'd bet money that the majority of sites don't use a favicon. This leaves a lot of blank spaces for you to sift through, or remember what site that small unidentifiable blob directs to. :)

...and a favicon is an easy add...I have websites with and without...if I am getting traffic or it's for a client, I usually put one on...
