Hi Victor, Nice job. The only thing I found that might be a little confusing to some users is the back to home page button only showing it's self after you put your mouse over the top image. It looks like a header image and some users might nut be inclined to click the image. I would also make your navigation the same for all pages that way it's a seamless transition. If you want the navigation to be different on the various family pages then maybe have them open in a new window when a user clicks the link on the home page. Great job tracking your family heritage.:)

Thanks, Eric. Will be working on this the next two weeks. You gave me a good idea about copying one link to another.

Janys Hyde--www.cableguymom.com is the website I made from scratch with HTML I used in school. I'll look into it. Thank you.

Fixed the image enlargement issue in my shop pointed out by Tom & Dazzy. The look of the thumbnails changes a bit, but I think the function of seeing a large image works much better. Please take a look and let me know how you like the fix.

Thanks.

Very nice -- relaxing looking site, Except I can't read the A of Chakras because the color blends in with the background.

My company, National Family Mortgage, is pleased to release version 2.0 of our website designed entirely with Coffee Cup VSD.

http://www.NationalFamilyMortgage.com

We’re a start-up, and I’ve have a really hard time entertaining the $5,000 -- $10,000 web design quotes we get from “professionals” when CC does a pretty fine job with a little elbow grease.

Please check out the site and let me know what you think. We’re open to all constructive comments to improve the site (but please, not our business model. We’re in a very unique niche.)

If anyone has any suggestions, there is one technical issue that’s troubling us. As some of you may have experienced, it appears limitations of the VSD program require all links on the site to be the same color, and underlined. In an effort to both get user attention and add some design element, we tried to make some important links “button like”. So, the call to action (link) is actually the button behind the text, and not the text itself. As a result, we had to make the buttons rather large, as when users hover over the text, the link appears to be dead. Users need to hover the mouse around the edges of the text, over the button, in order for the link to work. We’ve already received emails from frustrated folks claiming our links aren’t working. Any suggestions how we can maintain the design element while eliminating this problem?

Thank you for your help, CC community!

All the best,

Tim

Did you try using advance text or the Buttonize feature?:)
