I am trying to find out if there is a way to lock a background image on VSD ? It seems that when I apply a background image using BACKGROUND FILL PROPERTIES......it does not offer a way to lock or to center to keep it centered regardless of monitor size.

Hope someone can offer some awesome tips for this issue
