When I publish the site donaghuedesign.com, the Services page is missing http://donaghuedesign.com/Services.html. Can't figure out why.

The page is actually http://donaghuedesign.com/services.html (lower case s).
What I suggest is you update all pages to always use lowercase. This way you never have to remember if a page is names with an upper case or lower case letter.
