What, if anything, from CoffeeCup will be replacing VSD?

Nothing will really be replacing VSD per say but they are working on another application that is completely different called Responsive Site Designer. This application will allow you to design full websites. If you want to get a head start on it I would suggest you give Responsive Layout Maker a try as it will have many of the same mechanics as RSD when its released. You can find out more about it here:

As an epilogue to this thread, I did find a way to fix the problem I experienced to my satisfaction. Instead of having one text box with all the names listed vertically and then trying to match up the push buttons against each name I put each name in its own text box, aligned the push button next to it, then 'grouped' both the text box and its associated button. I repeated this for each name on the list. Works fine.
