I am completely out of my element, not knowing any code, which is why I've always chosen WYSIWYG. However, I haven't seen anything about inserting a table. I'm hoping I'm just missing something.
Thank you.

Hi Carolyn,
Take a look at this page.
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp
Insert the code into the body HTML of a html box.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Unfortunately, no, there's no table tool in VSD. Many have requested this.
You would need to create your table outside of VSD then use the HTML tool to insert it into your page.

You could use a table creator like this: http://www.quackit.com/html/html_table_generator.cfm
and insert the generated code into VSD's HTML box – which you can drag and drop anywhere on your page.

The CoffeeCup HTML Editor has a table creator built into it. You can build it in there and just copy the code right over to your VSD HTML Tool. :)

Hi Everyone still using VSD,

ref.: www.Buysellbell.net

I need to ad an imbedded link to my (home)search function from my Brokers website. The Broker sent me this code to plug in: <iframe name="inlineframe" src="http://dennis.bell.pfragent.com/vp/SearchServlet?SITE=PENFED&ListingSearch=true&ScreenID=AGENT_SEARCH_LISTING_P_MRIS&pres_agent=298547&context=AGENT_PAGE_SEARCH" frameborder="0" scrolling="auto" width="500" height="180" marginwidth="5" marginheight="5" ></iframe>

I placed this in an html box and got a 404 error message

Can anyone let me know what to do to get this to work?

Thank you in advance,
Dennis

What page did you place it on?

Hi Eric,
The search page.

I only pasted the string in the HTML "body" box.

Should I be putting anything in the header..or uploading anything to my godaddy server?

This again is to imbed a pretty simple real estate search on my serach page.

I copied your code as you posted into a HTML box, body html and it worked.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks Eric for your help!,
Tried a couple of times..still not working for me. All the more frustrating when it works for you.

So all you did was copy, paste to html "body", publish, and you see the search query? No teeny-weeny step you did not mention? I will try again tomorrow.

Hi Eric..and anyone else available,

Eric..yes i must have been copying and pasting wrong..finally got the search up.

Now, I have some obvious problems. I thought the sizing in the code would control the size of what you see. Not.

Does any one have and article on how to adapt the code so that I can fit the search on the page (i can increase the width of the page a bit too).
Thanks,
Dennis
