403 Forbidden Error

I have been at this for a few hours now and I'm a tad frustrated. Two days ago I had the motherboard on my laptop fail. No problem.....I removed the hard drive and bought a new computer. Unfortunately, when I transferred the contents of the documents folder from the old hard drive to the new computer, the file structure was different; C:\Users\Booth vs. C:\Users\hsvbooth. So I spent about 8 hours making the necessary changes to the website and file structure. Everything seemed ok. After uploading the site I was surprised to see everything worked except one page. When accessing that page I get a 403 Forbidden error. I spent another two hours in vain trying to discover the fault. The site is http://pcmhs.coffeecup.comand the page error is located at "pcmhs.coffeecup.com/boatsales.html". The page displays locally on my computer fine. I am not familiar with the cause of these type errors, so I thought I would seek your advice....anyone have a clue?

Don't ask me why. But, your link is trying to access the directory structure and not your web page. Directory browsing is the most common cause of this error. It's not allowed. If you make your link... http://pcmhs.coffeecup.com/boatsales.html then it will work fine.

You might want to open a support topic and ask CoffeeCup about this. They may be able to give you a more complete answer and/or tell you what is wrong.

The page DOES NOT display fine if you use the link in her site Eric. At lease not for me or her. It needs to be changed. Or we need to find out why it kicks out that error, just on that page, with the link she's using. To see the problem use this link
http://pcmhs.coffeecup.com then click on 'Boat Sales'.

Ok sorry about that. The link is setup wrong. It's looking for an index.html

She just needs to change her link. I don't think it's a VSD issue. I think it was a typo. No support topics for that even though I think I have personally opened one on a similar problem.

Not a typo. What's interesting is that http://pcmhs.coffeecup.com/boatrentals works,
but http://pcmhs.coffeecup.com/boatsales does not.

She must have added a page by accident under a folder.

Just woke up....Had to get at least 6 hours sleep. ;) I have looked at the menu and made the changes. Thanks for your help Gunsmoke and Eric. It's working! I still have pictures that are referenced in the file structure from the old hard drive, but the site loads and works as it should. Would it be prudent to change their file structure to reflect the new laptop and hard drive?
