Hello
Under my husbands account of Coffee Cup, I opened your newletter, to find your Headline " Save the Boobies" in bright bold pink, to be a bit offending! For such a serious matter as breast cancer. Who is your writer or editor an 8th grader? Seriously, don't you have any respect for your women customers?

Sorry you feel it's in poor taste. We feel any way you can draw attention to, and help a good charity is worth a little controversy. So far the feedback and response has been overwhelmingly positive. And, since there are nearly 3,000,000 pages in the Google index with the very same phrase, it seems a lot of people agree.
This ad was actually written by the women in our office with input from a group of our users who were women as well. All of them thought the e-mail was acceptable and ultimately helped generate awareness of a worthy cause. The men in the office had very little input with this campaign.
We totally agree that this is serious issue and that's why of all the things out there to support, we chose to support Breast Cancer Awareness. We did our job here today, we got you thinking about it. So, regardless of your taste, we hope you can find it in your heart to help this worthy cause.

Thank you for your prompt response, and explanation, I have no choice but to think about cancer every day I lost 2 family members to this horrible disease. Doesn't change my opinion about the add. I think it could have been written with a little more taste.
Thanks Again

Many of us have lost family members to this horrific disease. I lost my father-in-law last year to cancer. If e-mails that that have a bit of a "shock" factor get people to donate to research for a cure, then I am all for it. We are decades away from a viable cure and the more research funds available to these foundations will help them combat this terrible disease. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

This "headline" is not really a new campaign (sorry Scott and CC) I have seen it for at least a few years. BUT it is very effective, and does what it should, get's people thinking about a very real & very deadly disease.
In fact... check out this whole line of attire http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/coffeecup-shopping-cart-designer/new-themes/?quote_id=95175#reply
EDIT:
I decided to go ahead and add a bit of info in here to bring even more awareness.
As the folks over in the Embassy (Ambassador Forum) know, I was going thru treatment/diagnosis for a growth that could have easily enough been cancer. What wasn't known, is that it was feared to have been breast cancer. People still don't really realize it, but men can (and do) get breast cancer as well. Mine turned out to be non-cancerous, thank God, and the growth has been removed with recovery going well. But my dad lost a friend/co-worker to breast cancer a few years ago. Mainly because he was 'too manly' to have breast cancer, and by the time his family got him to see a doctor it was too late.
So thanks CC for being a part of the effort to put an end to this horrific disease. This space left blank intentionally...
I too have have lost my parents to cancer, I know your probably thinking cause I'm a guy that's why we don't find it offensive, and I don't but it is very effective cause it did get you to look it didn't . Good job CC.

On my site I have a large number of photgraphs of our United States Power Squadrons members having fun. Is it possible to post these photos so that a click on the photo enlarges the image?

Sure, that can be accomplished with just standard HTML. What program are you using to build your Website? ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~
