Okay, I believe that I can afford to upgrade ;)

I did find the way to show the Visual Editor (thanks).

I would like to see more help on creating and using menus with the CSS Designer. I'm looking in the Help pdf. There are pretty good instructions on creating a CSS menu but very little on how to include and deploy it with my pages. I'm using Javascript based menus now and would like to transition to CSS menus.

Probably in the next 7-10 days at the most. So, very soon ;)

What happened to the wysiwyg editor?? I liked working in the preview mode and in the new version it won't do it!! It only has a code editor and a preview mode. What happened? :(

I guess I should read all the posts before I flip out. I found it and am happy once again. :D Thanks.

Hi Scott
I have just been giving the CSS menu designer a test drive.
I am struggling to get to grips with this feature.
Either some help text or one of your video clips to demonstrate how it works would be a big help.
I can get my head around the design of the menu root and sub menus and attach a link address to each menu item but linking the menu to a your web page I cannot understand without some help.
PS When you select a link to the menu item a browse and select box would be a big help there instead of typing the address.

I downloaded the 2009 version from the link that was emailed to me, uninstalled the previous version... and... installed the new version... now it wants me to buy it to get rid of the yellow bar at the top. Whats up with that? I am pretty sure its not supposed to be there... Kg I always knew that someday I would be on this road, but yesterday I didn't know today would be the day.

Kevin,

That is a timed availability preview. When the final version is released, you can download it FREE. The free download will be at the same place all previous upgrades have been found http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ and click on orders and downloads. Bill R.

I see that things have been moved around a bit. An example: when I clicked on the disk icon to save the file, there used to be an item to upload the file to the server and now I had to go searching for it.

Is that going to be in the final version? That was very nice when editing several files.

I just installed the new pre-release version. I uninstalled my registered version as you suggested. Now I must put up with trialware nag screens. I have not yet begun to use the pre-release version. So no comment yet about the version itself. This reply is to let you know about the annoyance of putting up with nag screens when I have registered software.

You will not have that annoyance once the full version is released. "Time heals everything. Know who said that? My Latin teacher at barber college!"
