Is the pro version really worth $50.00 more?
I just purchased the basic, Is there an option to upgrade later if I decide to, or will I need to pay full price to the pro?

If you really want to configure every aspect of your shop, the pro version is definately the way to go. There is a trial version of both products so you can see the differences.

If you decide later that you want to upgrade to the pro version, just call our office and we will upgrade you.

I guess your not kidding, the Basic version is definatly basic.

Great software, but haven't decided if it is worth the extra bucks or not for Pro. Maybe the support alone makes it worth it.

Trying out the Pro Trial version, it's late in the Uk so I'm half asleep, but it looks really good.

Just need to spend a bit of time on it.

Well done Scott and the CC Team...are there any shares for sale in CC?

OK, I used it to re-do my On line store.
It is nice, as everyone has said.

I just have one problem, The Basic version is just a little too Basic. I would expect to at least be able to change the color of any/all text.
I hate to say it, but the "bait and hock" is a little to obvious. For the price I would expect a bit more power than that.

Most will only use it once, unless you make stores or change your theme all the time, there is really no reason to keep using it after you set your store up the first time. Because of the limited power, there is nothing more you can change other than colors and a couple of images.

Other than that, I do think it is a good product and it makes it very simple to set up shop. I would still recommend it to others, but I would probably suggest the Pro.

I am not sure what you mean by "bait and hook"? For $39 you can make a very customized shop but if you want to do even more, the cost is $89. Both prices are extremely reasonable considering the type of program it is, the support provided and our upgrade policy. ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~

Don't think that's an accurate statement there "most will only use it once"... There are a LOT of professional web-designers on here that will be using this piece of software once (a week) or more.

Also, take into consideration (during the price evaluation) the fact that CC honors free updates for life. I wish just half of the software I use would follow that policy.

I do agree with you on the statement of getting the PRO version. It is the best bang for the buck as expected. This space left blank intentionally...
