October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we here at CoffeeCup wanted to do our part to support this worthy cause.
For the next 10 days, we're going to donate 10% of the profits we get from sales made through our special Pink Page to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. And as a thank-you, we'll also give all the awesome users who participate a 10% discount. Helping a great cause and getting some kick-butt Web design software in the process — what's not to love?

I received your messages and specially the last one got my attention. I personally think this is a good way to get some attention for Pink Ribbon. I know for sure they like the donation(s) for their good work. So keep it up, every good idea has pro and cons.

It sparked me to buy it and since hubby agreed I have a nice shiny copy of Shopping Cart Designer Pro to play with
Nice going Coffeecup, 20% to the Breast Cancer Fund was a great thing to do!

You campaign "Save the Boobies" is nice and I´m glad to help to support. Some issues with the name of campaign, i think it´s only "Old fashion people" and its difficult to please everybody. What really important is, we know CoffeeCup people and their intention was to help and we are sure about that.
Go ahead

OK I'm a guy, but whatever descriptive terminology was used, this is an outstanding gesture by the people at Coffeecup. Most companies would have just put a few bucks in a collection tin, but here you have a business operating in the middle of a recession, that has enough thought to care about the needs of others.
Sure the subject is a serious issue and can have devastating effects on both the victim and their families, but that doesn't mean you have to 'kick people in the groin' when they put themselves out to help those victims.
Total strangers helping people they'll probably never meet, is a gift you cannot put a price on (or make criticism of).
Multi tasking is a way of life for me, contrary to whatever my girlfriend may say. :-)

I'm the daughter of someone that lost the battle with breast cancer, and I found no offense in the first email. I think it's wonderful what CoffeeCup is doing. Donating part of the revenue from the different software is something that some companies might do, but most wouldn't give the consumer a percentage off.
Great going, CoffeeCup!
