Not sure how anyone has solved this, but this code does not work with Firefox browsers.
Here's the code generated by Ad Producer:

There is nothing wrong with that code, it should work fine in all browsers.

Hi, Scott:
Thanks for your prompt reply. It is one of the things that makes CoffeeCup Software so great.
Here is a link that illustrates the problem:
http://www.campbell-graves.org/privilegedcare/b9/
If you open it IE, the Coffeecup generated video runs all the way through, looping as it should.
If you open it in Firefox, it runs to the opening screen, then stops.
I might have erred, but it was mostly a cut-and-paste process.
Any thoughts?

It seems to work fine for me Phil, I just went there on FF 3.5.5 and it went through the full video and started repeating itself. Clear your cache maybe?

Yeah.. putting a "stop" command at the end of the timeline kills any attempt of firestarter trying to loop the file.
