After searching for the last 26 straight hours and have only found eggs that have been already found, I start asking myself what is an hour of my time valued at? I then think about the great prices that coffeecup offers, and the fact that they are even offering it for even cheaper during the easter hunt, why are we searching for free stuff, lets just give coffeecup our money, it is worth it anyways, lol though goldie would be nice. It's an OCD thing. I could have purchased what few programs I am missing from the super pack, an e-commerce pack and a graphics pack and I'd STILL be addictively hunting for that golden egg. And with my current job, I'm really not doing much (ok, any) web design anymore, but I just couldn't make myself stop. I'm still being drawn back in!

That said, I've been thinking about starting a site for my own nefarious purposes and I suspect I'll be able to make use of the graphics pack... I currently have a texture from one of them as my desktop background... I'm glad I got what I got, if only because it releases me from my addiction. But buying every single thing CoffeeCup offers would not have stopped me from searching, or I would have bought it earlier.

Now, what makes it such a good promo is I find myself considering buying what I'm missing from the super pack that's been released in the past few years (bought the super pack back in 2007) just to complete my set even though I don't know that I'd need anything I'm missing for the site I'm thinking of, just because I spent two days staring at all that there is to offer.

This is also why I refuse to look at what's current for computer hardware unless I'm actually in the market to buy a new computer anymore, just 'cuz if I know it's out there I'm going to want to buy it. heh.

Now, for any of you non-OCD types I'd like to encourage you to buy some software to satisfy your cravings. For those of you like me.... yeah.... it won't help. heh.

I found 2 unclaimed Ecommerce eggs two days ago and have been at it ever since. It's not about the software or the money, man. It's bigger than that - It's about the eggs. CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

At this point... searching for three (is it four now? OMG I am sick...) days, delaying my work (good thing I work for myself, but seriously, this has to stop), even buying the graphics pack (sweet deal and I could use it - plus I thought owning it would make me forget about the eggs), thinking only of unravelling the clues...

at this point it looks like my time is FREE.

or has a negative worth, but I can't think of that now.

I am thinking of where the egg might be, or at least where I could find an ecommerce egg. I've been a CoffeeCup user since 2003, but I've only been insane since the 2010 egg hunt started... honestly. And no, the egg in my avatar is not, I repeat, NOT part of the egg hunt.
