Tell a Friend About Our Cool Software
Uploading your form using the built in FTP Client in the program is very easy. If you have used either Free FTP or Direct FTP, entering the server information will appear exactly the same. In fact, if you have either of those programs installed on your computer, you will see your FTP information is already in place, no need to fill it in again.
Setting Up a Server Profile:
- Click the Add Button to start the profile wizard.
- Give your profile a name. It can be anything you want, just something to remind yourself what server this will be uploading to.
- Enter your Username and Password for your hosting account.
- Enter your FTP address (generally yourdomain.com, but it may be different depending on your host provider).
- If you use a Proxy Server, you can set it up here. If you don't have one, or you don't know what a Proxy Server is just press "No, I don't know what that is" or click "Next".
- Click "Finish".
After Completing the Server Profile setup, you will see a window like the one below.

To Connect, Select the Server Profile under the my sites column and click the Connect button.
Once you click the Connect button the built in FTP will connect to your FTP Server. The Initial Host Folder you entered in the Server Profile will be displayed when you connect.

To navigate to a different folder, you will need to click the folder icons. Double clicking on a folder icon will take you into that folder. Double clicking the folder icon with the double arrows will take you back one folder. To upload your files, click the Upload button. (Uploading this way should upload all your files automatically.)
If for some reason you cannot connect, an error message will appear which should give you some idea of things to check. If you are still unsure of why you cannot connect, click the Log tab and copy the contents. Then contact us and provide the Information from the Log tab. This will generally give us enough information to assist you.
Once all the files have been uploaded, click the close button.
